The second step is to spot treat any areas requiring special attention. A conditioning agent with the appropriate detergents is then applied which will emulsify the matted soils and spills causing them to release from the upholstery. Our certified technician will then gently agitate the fabric to ensure the cleaning solution reaches deep into the upholstery and is spread evenly. This can be done with a powered agitator or with a hand brush. After the cleaning solution has sufficient dwell time, the fabric is rinsed with a special wand attachment that runs a small jet of pH conditioned rinse over the upholstery and extracts it.

At this point, the furniture only needs a couple hours to dry and will be ready for use.
