No Smile? No Charge. No Kidding!
If you’re not delighted with the way an area or item cleans up, we’ll clean it again FREE of charge. If you’re still not happy (barring any permanent stains that are out of our control such as bleach, some Kool-Aid or wine stains, or pet urine damage), there’s NO CHARGE!
If Spots Return, So Do We!
If a spot reappears within two weeks of cleaning, we’ll return and remove it, FREE!
What else can you expect?
“We’ll have someone there between twelve and four, ma’am.” Why is it so hard for some companies to understand that you have a busy life, too? We’ll give you an appointment time you can live with, usually within fifteen to thirty minutes, and more often than not we arrive on time. If we are behind schedule we’ll call to let you know. Should your job need a little extra TLC, we’ll take the time to do it right. So, in those rare instances, we do run late, it’s probably because of this commitment to the complete delight of our customers.
“Honest, Lady… I’m the carpet cleaner…” Ever been afraid to answer the door? You can tell it’s us because we always arrive in uniform. No dangling facial hardware in unusual places sparkling in the sunlight, no offensive T-shirts, we won’t frighten the children or won’t embarrass you in front of friends and neighbors. Our appearance reflects our commitment as professionals. We want you to feel at ease while we’re in your home.
“It was like that before I started… I swear it was!” Your home is your castle so we pledge to treat it as if it were our own. We promise not to leave a big mess when we’re done, we keep our tools of the trade tidy while we’re working and we take care to protect your beautiful hardwood, vinyl, and tile flooring. As visitors in your home, we treat your belongings with care and your home with the respect it deserves.
And, finally, the only fine print…
Unfortunately, some circumstances are beyond our control, and we’ll do our best to tell you what to expect before any work begins. In these instances, our guarantee is limited to delivering the results we promise upfront. Any issues we find will be noted on your work order, and we will leave you a copy for your records.
