Pre-Treatment:  First, for porcelain or ceramic tile surfaces, our certified technicians apply an emulsification agent charged with hydrogen peroxide to a section of the floor and allow it to soak for approximately 10 minutes. This pre-treatment loosens years of accumulated soil, grease, and contaminants, and prepares the surface for our cleaning process. The emulsification cleaning solution does not produce any harmful fumes, and ordinary ventilation removes the mild scent within minutes of completion of the job.

Turbo Pressure Washing:  We use a specifically designed tile and grout washing system to extract deep-set grease, grime and other contaminants from your flooring. Our system safely generates between 900 to 1200 P.S.I. to safely and efficiently restore the looks of your tile and grout.

Sealing:  After we clean your tiled surfaces and allow to dry, we seal the floor with our commercial-grade impregnating sealer. The grout absorbs the sealer into its pores, creating a barrier against future staining. The sealer does not change the appearance of the floors by adding a shine or luster. Instead, it preserves the natural beauty of the surface and makes cleaning your freshly restored tile and grout a snap!

Maintenance:  We provide the homeowner with instructions on how to take proper care of their freshly cleaned floors and provide them with a 64-gallon concentrate of specialized cleaner. Once Tru Clean Surface Care has professionally cleaned and sealed your floors, you simply mop them with our cleaner once a week and forget about it.
