We’d like to share a letter we received in the mail yesterday. The carpet cleaning company you invite into your home does make a difference.

“Thank you for coming out Thanksgiving Eve with no appointment and taking time out from your family to remove a bad stain left as a result of a spilled bottle of wine.

Thinking it impossible to get anybody to come out that late at night, I contacted a neighbor and asked for advice or if he knew anyone who could recommend a home solution to remove the red wine from our carpeting. Our neighbor recommended Tru-Clean, gave us their number and I gave them a call at 8:45 pm on Thanksgiving Eve not believing anyone would answer the phone, much less come out.

The owner of the company answered the phone and I guess he could sense the desperation in my voice and agreed to come over. He arrived at our home in about an hour (it is now almost 10 pm), evaluated the spill, went to his van and retrieved a kit full of spot removal solutions and went to work. Approximately one hour later, no more red stain!

As I was ready to settle up with him, he refused our money and told us to have a happy Thanksgiving. I asked if there was anything I could do to repay him and he simply said that if we were happy with his service to tell a friend.

Well people, I’m telling you now, this is one quality – class act company.
