Never allow an inexperienced company or technician to clean your tile and grout! Inexperience leads to grout being destroyed because of too much pressure being applied by the extractor. Inexperienced technicians can also negatively stain or discolor your tile and grout leaving you with distortion and irreversible hazing.
Our process includes:
1. Inspection of tile surfaces to determine the best possible cleaning method.
2. Specialty formulated “Clean Green” tile pre-conditioners and emulsifiers are applied and scrubbed by hand to loosen embedded soils on the surface of the tile and grout.
3. Turbo Force cleaning tools generating high pressure at 245 degrees to safely and effectively extract all soil, grease, allergens, mold, pet urine and bacteria.
4. Thoroughly dry all surfaces using high-speed air movers
5. Apply an optional Grout Sealer to protect the grout from mildew and re-soiling.
Pre-Treatment
First, we apply a pre-conditioning agent and emulsifier to your tile and grout and allow dwelling for approximately 10 minutes. This pre-treatment loosens accumulated soil, grease, and contaminants, and prepares the surface for our cleaning process. Our cleaning solutions are environmentally friendly and do not produce any harmful fumes.
Turbo Pressure Extraction
Tru Clean Surface Care uses a high-pressure extraction system designed specifically for tile & grout, acrylic, and epoxy surfaces. Our American made tile and grout extractor use powerful blasting jets coupled with tremendous suction to extract soil and grease from the pores of the tile and grout. The system generates water pressure of 800 to 1200 P.S.I. Our certified technicians will determine the right amount of pressure and suction to leave your tile and grout looking great.
Optional Sealing
After we clean the floor and allow it to dry, we seal the floor with our impregnating sealer. Your grout absorbs the sealer into its pores, creating a barrier against future staining. The sealer does not change the appearance of the floors by adding a shine or luster. Instead, it preserves the natural beauty of the surface.
